Welcome to another delightful performance at The Muny,
America’s oldest and largest outdoor musical theater.
Edward Jones is pleased to sponsor this production
of that divine comedy,
Nunsense Muny Style.
It tells the story of the five surviving Little Sisters of
Hoboken, who are broke. To raise money, they take to the
stage, where they perform in heavenly harmony. The sisters
should have worked with a financial advisor who understood
their long-term goals – but if they had,
Nunsense Muny Style
wouldn’t be nearly as much fun.
Both The Muny and Edward Jones have long histories
in St. Louis. The Muny put on its first performances in 1919,
and three years later, Edward D. Jones Sr. opened our
firm’s first office downtown. St. Louis is our hometown,
and we are proud to support music, theater and the arts
in our community.
In
Nunsense Muny Style,
the sisters successfully manage to
resist temptation. I hope you will give in to their hilarity and
the fun of this award-winning show. Please enjoy the stars in
the sky as well as those on the stage.
