RAIN CHECKS
Your ticket stub serves as a rain check for ticket holders with paid admissions in the event a performance is
cancelled before one hour of playing time elapses, including scheduled intermissions. If a delay is necessary
during a performance, the production may be stopped for a reasonable period of time, not to exceed 30
minutes after 9:30 pm, at which time an announcement will be made as to the approximate starting time if
the performance is to continue. Valid rain checks may be exchanged at the Forest Park Box Office for a seat
of the same value for a subsequent performance. However, the same seat number is not guaranteed. Valid rain
checks may also be redeemed for a full refund.
IF A PERFORMANCE IS GIVEN AFTER A DELAYED
START, RAIN CHECKS ARE NOT VALID AND UNUSED TICKETS WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED
OR REFUNDED
. Rain checks have no value after August 31, 2013. Notice of a cancelled performance will be

All performances begin promptly at 8:15 pm. For the enjoyment of all and in consideration of the performers,
please arrive on time and remain in your seats until the performance has ended. The regular 8:15 pm starting
time may be delayed by weather or other reasons, but this does not mean a performance will be cancelled.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS A PERFORMANCE OFFICIALLY CANCELLED BEFORE 9:30

TICKET DONATION
We hope this never happens, but if you are unable to use your tickets, consider donating them back to The
Muny. You’ll receive a tax deduction for their face value and we will be able to offer them to another audience
member. Return your tickets to The Muny Box Office AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE DATE
PRINTED ON THE TICKET. A receipt reflecting the amount paid for the tickets will be issued for your
tax purposes. Receipts cannot be issued if tickets are received less than 24 hours prior to the performance date,
unless as a result of an officially cancelled performance.
